Mark-Taylor is hiring a Multi-Site Service Technician for the East Valley in Tempe, AZ and surrounding areas. The role focuses on maintenance repairs, make-ready units, and keeping communities running smoothly with five-star service.

Qualifications

• One year or more of multifamily experience as a Service Technician or similar title.
• General knowledge in Plumbing, Electrical, Pool Maintenance, HVAC, Carpentry, Landscape Maintenance, Appliances, and OSHA standards.
• Knowledge of building systems.
• Service orientation.
• Basic computer skills.
• Experience as apartment turn technician, make ready technician, or work order technician is desirable.
• Basic written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Assist in completing make-ready units to Mark-Taylor standards.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose minor HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance, and drywall issues.
• Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on vacant units as they become available.
• Perform daily pool care and maintain chemical balance and safety.
• Inspect property for safety hazards and inform Facilities Manager.
• Share on-call duties and be available in uniform/badge.
• Monitor inventory of parts and cleaning supplies.
