Inspira Financial is seeking a Manager of Mid-Market and Small Group Sales (East) to lead a distributed sales team from a remote location in the East region. You will coach both Mid-Market and Small Group sellers, manage onboarding, drive sales plays, and forecast region performance.

The role emphasizes developing leaders, achieving new business targets, and collaborating with brokers and consultants. Strong coaching, leadership, and Salesforce proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of sales experience in employee benefits, health and benefits, consumer directed health, or a closely related field
• 2+ years leading, managing, or formally coaching a team of sellers
• Demonstrated experience coaching sellers across both a consultative, broker-influenced motion and a higher-velocity, transactional motion
• Consistent record of quota attainment as an individual contributor prior to moving into leadership
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and training, required

Responsibilities

• Coaches the East region team through weekly one-on-ones, deal strategy, coaching, and pipeline reviews
• Onboards and ramps new sellers in both segments, with partnerships with Sales Enablement
• Drives adoption of sales plays and AI-assisted selling tools in live selling
• Owns the East region’s combined new business target as the aggregate of team quotas
• Provides timely feedback and development plans based on observed selling behavior
