Job summary

Carollo Engineers is seeking a market leader to advance collaborative delivery across the East region (Eastern Seaboard VT-GA). The Design Build Project Manager role blends client-service leadership with pursuit and project-execution support for water, wastewater, and stormwater projects.

You’ll work with the Design-Build Technical Practice, lead pursuit strategies, and strengthen contractor relationships while guiding risk and commercial terms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 15+ years in project execution and marketing for water-wastewater and infrastructure.
• 5+ years hands-on design-build and P3 delivery experience.
• Well-networked in the water collaborative delivery space with industry roles.
• Familiar with East region DB and P3 regulatory environments.
• Experience negotiating with Owners, DB General Contractors and DB Design Subcontractors.
• Proven team leadership and communication skills.
• Interest in leveraging technology for efficiency in delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead the evolution of East Coast Collaborative Delivery strategy with sales and project execution responsibilities.
• Work with Design-Build Technical Practice on pursuits and project execution in the region.
• Contribute leadership on DB and P3 best practices to the practice.
• Participate in pre-marketing and procurements with Owners and contractors.
• Cultivate regional contractor relationships and support pursuit strategy and proposals.
• Lead identification, vetting and risk management for subcontractors and sub-consultants.
• Lead commercial terms review with Risk Management.
• Support industry leadership through participation in WDBC, DBIA.
