Carollo Engineers, an internationally recognized firm specializing in water infrastructure, seeks a market leader to advance collaborative delivery across the East region. The Design Build Project Manager will combine client service leadership with pursuit and project execution support, guiding DB and P3 strategies and regional procurements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in project execution and marketing for water-wastewater and infrastructure.
• 5+ years hands-on experience with design-build and P3 delivery methods.
• Well-networked in the water collaborative delivery space with industry roles.
• Familiarity with East region DB and P3 regulatory environments.
• Strong contract negotiations with Owners and DB contractors.
• Proven team leader with excellent communication skills.
• Understanding of how technology changes collaborative delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead the evolution of East Coast Collaborative Delivery strategy with sales and project execution responsibilities.
• Guide pursuits and project execution with Design-Build Technical Practice team.
• Contribute leadership on DB and P3 best practices to strengthen the Practice.
• Participate in pre-marketing and positioning for competitive procurements.
• Cultivate regional contractor relationships.
• Support pursuit strategy and proposal development as part of Client Service team.
• Lead risk management for subcontractors and sub-consultants.
• Lead commercial terms review with Risk Management.
• Support industry leadership through participation in relevant organizations.
