Placements24 is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to lead its distribution center in East London. You will oversee receiving, storage, inventory management, order fulfillment and dispatch, and drive efficiency while ensuring a safe, compliant environment.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in logistics or a related field and proven leadership in WMS-enabled operations. Competitive salary and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, SCM, Business Administration, or related field.
• Significant experience in a Warehouse Operations Manager or similar role.
• Proven experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent understanding of inventory management principles and logistics best practices.
• Ability to manage teams and drive operational improvements in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and timely processing of goods.
• Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve performance targets.
• Implement and maintain robust inventory control systems to ensure accuracy.
• Optimize warehouse layout and workflows for maximum efficiency and space utilization.
