Job summary

LOVE CORN is seeking an East Coast Grocery Regional Sales Manager to drive distribution, velocity and retailer presence across the Eastern U.S. You will own strategic relationships with regional and national accounts, work with brokers and distributors, and lead initiatives to grow share in a fast-growing snack brand.

The role is based in Ho-Ho-Kus, NJ with hybrid flexibility. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in food/CPG sales, strong negotiation skills, and a track record of distribution gains

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years in food/CPG sales
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Experience with grocery accounts and retailer buyers
• Proven ability to drive distribution gains and sales growth

Responsibilities

• Own and grow key grocery accounts across the Eastern U.S.
• Lead buyer relationships and annual line reviews
• Secure new distribution, incremental SKUs, and merchandising opportunities
• Drive promotional planning and trade optimization
• Develop and execute East Coast sales strategies
• Collaborate with brokers, distributors and internal teams
• Represent LOVE CORN at trade shows and retailer events
