Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (required).
• Significant travel—approximately 70% of the time within the East Coast region.
• Experience in the equestrian industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the East Coast.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts including equestrian businesses and trainers.
• Provide training and performance feedback to ensure high performance.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development to align sales efforts.
• Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
