Muller, Inc. is hiring an Earthworks Manager to lead and optimize earthwork and aggregates production in Northern Virginia. You will oversee logistics, partner with internal teams, and implement continuous improvement strategies to boost efficiency and profitability.

The role requires strong analytical, communication, and safety-focused leadership to manage a growing operation across the region, with opportunities for strategic partnerships and cost reduction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of aggregates experience.
• Strong production process understanding.
• Analytical, creative, and resourceful thinking.

Responsibilities

• Network with industry partners to import/export dirt and aggregates.
• Analyze methods to increase profit and efficiency in earthwork.
• Propose cost-reduction and revenue-increasing strategies.
• Identify sites to dispose of dirt and aggregates.
• Develop aggregates recycling strategy.
• Coordinate with project teams to align schedules and costs.
• Work with estimating to price aggregate-related costs.
• Partner with hauling and logistics vendors to lower costs.
• Negotiate long-term partnerships with logistics and earthwork vendors.
