Job summary

Muller, Inc. in Manassas, VA is seeking a full-time Heavy Equipment Operator/Foreman to run a small crew and operate heavy equipment on earthwork projects, including grading, excavating, loading, hauling, trenching, and more.

Responsibilities include operating excavators, mini excavators, and bobcats, reading grade sheets, coordinating with clients, and maintaining safety. Benefits include PTO, holidays, 401K with company match, and a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of heavy equipment operating experience.
• Ability to operate mini excavators and/or bobcats; full-sized equipment a plus.
• Must communicate with clients and manage crew members.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment including excavators, mini excavators and bobcats and run a small crew daily.
• Install erosion control measures.
• Excavate and build stormwater management facilities.
• Muck out and re-grade ponds.
• Read grade sheets and stakeout measurements.
• Install underdrain on road projects.
• Complete other grading/excavation needs as requested.
