Job summary

PetroSea is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to plan, direct and monitor all field resources to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery in accordance with specifications.

You will lead site teams, coordinate labor and subcontractors, run regular progress meetings, and safeguard quality and safety through ISO-aligned SHE programs. A Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering and 8–10 years of construction experience are required; fluent English is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings and architectural data.
• 8–10 years of construction experience; field leadership.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and monitor all project resources to complete on time and within budget.
• Lead subordinates and management to achieve the construction schedule and site quality.
• Ensure resources are available at site through regular construction meetings.
• Maintain SHE programs and risk management to ISO standards.
