Job summary

Calista Brice seeks an Earthwork Foreman to supervise all earthwork operations on our sites, including mass and detailed excavation, grading, site prep, Topcon and basic GPS setup, and equipment troubleshooting.

You will direct crews, review schedules, coordinate resources, and enforce safety standards while ensuring adherence to plans and project specs. Strong leadership and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Five years civil construction experience with supervision.
• Experience overseeing earthwork operations and safety program adherence.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate earthwork operations per project plans.
• Direct daily crew activities and equipment utilization.
• Maintain logs, progress reports, and project records.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with procedures.
