Job summary

Sargent is seeking Foremen and Superintendents to lead crews on infrastructure projects across multiple states. This role travels regionally; you’ll oversee earthwork and pipe-laying activities, ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising crews in earthwork or pipe laying environments.
• 3+ years of construction supervision preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead field crews on infrastructure projects, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
• Coordinate work across earthwork and utilities scopes; monitor progress and issue resolution.
• Manage travel and logistics to project sites; maintain open communication with project stakeholders.

In these roles, you will be travelling throughout the region to work on jobs related to infrastructure projects including landfills, airports, site development, and many others.

Although these positions may require travel, Sargent pays for travel expenses including lodging, mileage, per diem for meals, and vehicle reimbursement – plus you will be home every weekend!
