Job summary

Sargent is seeking Heavy Construction Foremen and Superintendents in the Mid-Atlantic region. This long‑standing, employee‑owned earthwork contractor emphasizes safety, strong benefits, and a people‑first culture.

In these roles you will oversee crews on infrastructure projects, including landfills, airports, and site development, with travel across the region. Travel expenses, per diem, lodging covered, and weekly trucking allowance are provided; a valid driver’s license is required; DOE pay

Qualifications

• Experience supervising crews in earthmoving or pipe-laying environments.
• Travel willingness to work regionally.
• Driver's License is required.

Responsibilities

• Travel regionally to work on infrastructure projects.
• Lead and supervise field crews on site preparation, earthwork and utilities.
• Ensure safety, quality, and on-time project delivery.

In these roles, you will be travelling throughout the region to work on jobs related to infrastructure projects including landfills, airports, site development, and many others.

Although these positions may require travel, Sargent pays for travel expenses including lodging, mileage, per diem for meals, and vehicle reimbursement – plus you will be home every weekend!
