Responsibilities

• Plan work schedules and assign duties to maintain staffing levels.
• Direct earthwork operations including cut/fill balance, dirt flow, hauling, and grading.
• Oversee concrete structures construction: formwork, reinforcement, concrete placement and finishing.
• Coordinate crew activities to support project schedule and critical path.
• Prepare and maintain records of time, wages, receipts, and inspections.
