You will lead high-impact engagements, coordinate with model developers, product managers, and client teams, and mentor junior staff while traveling for trainings and industry events.

Qualifications

• Experience in earthquake catastrophe risk modelling and related geoscience fundamentals.
• Ability to communicate complex scientific topics clearly in meetings and trainings.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent engagements with quality and momentum.
• Experience partnering with model developers, product managers, and account teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary technical point of contact for high-importance client engagements in earthquake risk modelling.
• Balance multiple objectives from rapid problem solving to training delivery and model change guidance.
• Partner with model developers, product managers, account teams, and clients to ensure understanding and application of model science.
• Create client-ready guidance documents, training materials, and best-practice content.
• Drive initiatives to improve market adoption of catastrophe models.
• Expand expertise across additional catastrophe models and Moody's RMS products.
• Collaborate with product managers on future enhancements and mentor junior team members.
