Job summary

The ideal candidate will translate complex technical information into decision-ready assessments for senior leadership, maintain an integrated view of schedule, dependencies, and resources, and lead cross-disciplinary collaboration to deliver milestones on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Science, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• Advanced degree or PMP certification is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Nexus integrated schedule, milestones, requirements, deliverables, reviews, and PM tracking tools.
• Coordinate across science, technical, systems, computing, data, and stakeholder teams; analyze schedules, dependencies, resources, and deliverables to assess project health.
• Identify cross-element conflicts, resource constraints, and risks; perform critical-path and variance analyses and develop mitigation options.
• Prepare dashboards, executive briefings, status reports, and decision products; coordinate major reviews and data calls while tracking actions to closure.
