Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years working with business systems (financial, payroll, purchasing, HR, manufacturing).
• Experience leading interactions between end-users and technical staff; strong understanding of administrative functions (GL, AR, AP, purchasing, inventory, payroll, HR).
• Experience developing and coordinating reports from business systems and evaluating software/hardware upgrades.
• Preferred: MS Project Server, databases, MS Excel; EVMS tools (EVMS forProject, Deltek Cobra, MPM).
• Knowledge of EVMS concepts and integration with cost engines.
• Familiarity with VBA, HTML, JavaScript for automation/reporting/integration.
• Customer-focused with ability to analyze long-term trends and government cost accounting.
• Willingness to work extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between business system users and IT staff to translate needs into specifications and coordinate processing schedules.
• Advocate for system use, ensure training, and improve output reports.
• Evaluate and coordinate upgrades to hardware and software systems.
• Develop and coordinate reports, processes, and analyses to meet user requirements.
• Interface with external entities (banks, tax agencies, vendors, etc.) to align systems.
• Provide guidance to junior staff and serve as SME for assigned systems.
