Job summary

Northrop Grumman in San Diego, CA seeks a Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst (Level 2) to support the Cost Management organization on-site. You will work with program managers and CAMs to deliver financial analyses and EVMS-based reporting.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of related experience or a Master’s degree, and an active U.S. government clearance. On-site work and relocation assistance may be available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience in business administration, finance, accounting, financial analysis, supply chain, logistics and/or industry related field OR Master's degree.
• Active U.S. Government clearance or higher (with a background investigation completed within the last 6 years or currently enrolled into Continuous Evaluation).
• Ability to obtain and maintain Program Access within a reasonable period, as determined by the company to meet its business needs.

Responsibilities

• Interface with program managers, functional management, and CAMs to provide financial and administrative support and analysis.
• Establishment of Work Breakdown Structure for execution of budgeted cost of work scheduled and criteria.
• Prepare government cost performance reports and variance analyses; support EVMS and schedule integration.
