Job summary

Northrop Grumman seeks a Principal Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst (Level 3) in the San Diego or Palmdale, CA facilities to support the Cost Management organization. This on-site role interfaces with program managers, CAMs, and IPTs to apply EVMS concepts and manage budgets and schedules.

The position requires a DoD Secret clearance with strong analytical skills, technical acumen in EVM, and experience in government contracting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or Master's) in business/finance/accounting or related field.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and government contracting.
• Active DoD Secret clearance or higher (or eligibility).

Responsibilities

• Interface with program managers, functional management, and CAMs to provide financial and administrative support and analysis.
• Develop and maintain budget baselines and cost/schedule integration; support budgets, schedules, and ETC/EAC.
• Prepare and review government cost performance reports and variance analysis; support monthly rhythm process.
