Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems (NGAS) in the Layton area seeks a Program Control Analyst (Level 2) to join our team onsite in Layton, UT, Melbourne, FL, or Palmdale, CA. You will interface with program managers, CAMs, and IPTs to provide financial and administrative support and analysis for earned value management and performance measurement baselines.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree with 2 years of related finance or accounting experience, is proficient with Microsoft Office,

Qualifications

Must have a Bachelor's degree with 2 years experience in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, financial analysis and/or industry related field OR Master's degree.
Must have an active U.S.Government Secret Clearance (with a background investigation completed within the last 6 years or currently enrolled into Continuous Evaluation).
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Program Access within a reasonable period, as determined by the company to meet its business needs.

Responsibilities

Provide financial and administrative support and analysis to meet program requirements.
Develop and maintain budgets baselines and cost/schedule integration; prepare ETC/EAC and variance analyses.
Support preparation and submittal of monthly CDRLs (IPMDAR) and government cost performance reports.
