• What is the true earning potential and weekly pay on this account?
  • Drivers average $105,000 to $117,000 per year (translating to roughly $2,019 to $2,250+ weekly). You are paid a flat $0.60 per mile across an average of 3,288 miles per week. Earnings are bolstered by $59.00 stop pay, $20 drop/hook pay, $15/hr detention pay after 2 hours, $200 per day holiday pay, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus.
• What routes will I run and what equipment will I operate?
  • You’ll run high-mileage 5-to-6 day regional linehaul circuits taking empty trailers from Windsor out to North Dakota or Minnesota, bringing back loaded window and door trailers across CT, NY, PA, OH, IL, IN, ND, MI, WI, and NJ (pulling 28', 48', and 53' trailers). Occasionally, you'll support semi-local delivery lanes where freight is offloaded using hand trucks and dollies to tailgate product.
• How does the shift schedule and home time work?
  • You get consistent weekly home resets (1.5 to 2 full days off per week) after completing your 5-day run (Wednesday–Sunday schedule dispatching around 1:00 PM). Assigned automatic sleeper equipment remains staged at the Windsor terminal during time off, so personal transportation is required. Note: Shift availability over major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's) is mandatory.
