All-in pay can reach up to $1.89 per mile, with base CPM from $0.73–$0.76 based on experience and accessorials. Routes cover CT, MA, NH, VT, NY, RI, and ME within 1,066 miles, averaging 900 miles across 3 loads weekly; 100% touch freight, live unloads;

• Must have customer service patience, physical stamina for roller unloads, and pass dual-panel hair follicle and urine drug screenings.

1. Compensation & Earning Potential

2. Route, Freight & Equipment

• Regional routes covering CT, MA, NH, VT, NY, RI, and ME (within 1,066 miles of the Windsor DC) averaging 900 miles across 3 loads weekly.


• 100% touch freight doing live unloads box-by-box with rollers at Dollar Tree and occasional Family Dollar stores.


• Training includes immediate dispatch to Windsor, CT for 1-3 days of ride-along training with an experienced driver (bring 2 weeks' worth of supplies to orientation).

3. Schedule & Home Time

• Reliable weekly home time for a solid 34-hour reset (weekends off not guaranteed).


• Parking Authorization: Enjoy hassle-free parking—drivers are fully authorized to park securely at any DT store location or DC. Requires night, weekend, and holiday driving.

4. Requirements & Screening
