Herman N Logistics is seeking a CDL-A Dedicated Solo Driver to cover high‑mileage regional runs with weekly home time from the Windsor, CT area. You'll run 5–6 day circuits, pulling 28', 48', and 53' trailers, and average about 3,288 miles per week on a Windsor–Midwest corridor.

Expected earnings are $105,000 to $117,000 per year, with weekly pay around $2,019 to $2,250, plus stop, drop, detention and holiday pay, and a $5,000 sign‑on bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months tractor-trailer experience in the last 6 months.
• Must pass dual-panel hair follicle and urine drug screens.

Responsibilities

• Run high‑mileage regional linehaul circuits with weekly home resets.
• Operate 28', 48', and 53' trailers across multiple states.
• Maintain sleeper equipment at Windsor terminal and comply with schedule.
