Job summary

Binance is seeking an experienced product operations professional to lead the onboarding and development of TradFi/RWA assets within the Earn product line. You will work with product, BD, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Operations to assess feasibility and execute go-to-market plans.

You will translate traditional financial mechanisms into crypto-native Earn concepts, focusing on user value, design, and scalable operations in a fast-paced crypto environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product operations, product strategy, investment product, or wealth management-related roles.
• Strong understanding of product design, product operations, and product lifecycle management.
• Deep knowledge of funds, ETFs, and structured products, including MMFs, Mutual Funds, ETFs, and leveraged ETFs.
• Familiarity with compliance, regulatory, and licensing frameworks related to investment products, RWAs, or tokenized assets.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and drive the onboarding of high-quality TradFi / RWA assets into the Earn product.
• Research wealth management product structures and translate them into crypto-native Earn offerings.
• Collaborate with product, BD, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Operations to assess feasibility and go‑to‑market plans.
• Translate traditional financial mechanisms into scalable Earn concepts with focus on user value and efficiency.
• Analyze market trends, user demand, and competitors to identify new opportunities in TradFi, RWA, and crypto wealth products.
• Support end-to-end product operations including launch, optimization, and lifecycle management.
• Contribute to product design by combining financial knowledge, user insight, and operational data.
• Shape product frameworks balancing innovation, compliance, risk, and growth.

• Research proven wealth management and investment product structures in traditional finance, and redesign them in a crypto-native way for Earn users
• Work closely with Product, BD, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Operations teams to assess product feasibility, operational readiness, and go-to-market execution
• Translate traditional financial product mechanisms into scalable Earn product concepts, with strong focus on user value, product design, and operational efficiency
• Analyze market trends, user demand, and competitor offerings across TradFi, RWA, and crypto wealth products to identify new product opportunities
• Support end-to-end product operations, including product launch, optimization, performance tracking, and lifecycle management
• Contribute to product design by combining financial product knowledge, user understanding, and operational insights
• Help shape product frameworks that balance innovation, compliance, risk control, and business growth

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product operations, product strategy, investment product, or wealth management-related roles
• Strong understanding of product design, product operations, and product lifecycle management
• Deep knowledge of funds, ETFs, and structured products, including but not limited to:
• MMFs,Mutual Funds,ETFs, including leveraged ETFs,Structured Products, such as PPN, FCN, and Covered Call strategies, Structured tranche / leveraged fund products
• Strong TradFi background from asset management, wealth management, brokerage, banking, or other financial institutions
• Ability to identify strong financial product mechanisms and translate them into practical, user-friendly, and scalable Earn products
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to connect product ideas with business impact and operational execution
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skill
• Strong curiosity about crypto and ability to adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment
• Understanding of tokenization, including the basic logic of how real-world assets are represented on-chain
• Familiarity with compliance, regulatory, and licensing frameworks related to investment products, RWAs, or tokenized assets
• Understanding of core crypto concepts, especially stablecoins and their role in on-chain financial products
• Genuine interest in crypto, with hands‑on usage, research, or personal exploration of crypto products and ecosystems
• Experience bridging TradFi product logic with crypto‑native product innovation
