Job summary

Velocity TruckingPros LLC seeks a Dedicated CDL-A Regional Driver accepting 100% driver touch with box-by-box unloading. Expect 1–6 stops per load and weekly home with a 34-hour reset. Training and benefits are provided, with a sign-on structure and a consistent route across VA, NC, DC, PA, NH, OH, WV.

The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and adherence to schedule, with opportunities for higher earnings based on performance.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum 3 months CDL-A experience within the trailing 36 months.
• Physical ability to perform continuous box-by-box roller unloads.
• Clean driving record and background check (Not SAP friendly).
• Must bring 2 weeks of supplies to orientation (Doubles endorsement preferred, not required).

Responsibilities

• 100% driver touch (box-by-box unloading).
• 1–6 stops per load with typical weekly load volume.
• Home weekly with a full 34-hour reset.
• Shifts may include night driving, weekends, and holidays.

Dedicated CDL-A Regional Driver – $1,750/Wk Avg | 100% TouchFreight

Job Highlights

• Location: Front Royal, VA
• Earnings: $1,750 average weekly ($89,000 yearly average; top performers earn $2,000+/week)
• Pay Rates: Base $0.77–$0.80 CPM based on experience (All-in average up to $1.44 CPM)
• Accessorial Pay: $265 per full trailer unload | $15 per stop | $35 per backhaul | $125 weekly bonus for completing 3+ loads
• Sign-On Bonus ($2,500 Total): $250 after 1st load | $250 at 30 & 60 days | $500 at 90 days | $250 at 120 & 150 days | $750 at 180 days
• Route & Mileage: 1,100 average miles/week delivering across VA, NC, DC, PA, NH, OH, and WV (all within 700 miles of DC)
• Freight Handling: 100% driver touch (box-by-box unloading via rollers; 1–6 stops per load; min 3 loads/week)
• Home Time & Hours: You'll get home every single week for a full 34-hour reset. Since freight moves around the clock, expect your shifts to include night driving, weekends, and holidays.
• Training & Benefits: 1-week paid ride-along training ($150/day); 24/7 support staff; medical, dental, vision, 401(k); paid vacation (1–4 weeks based on tenure)
