Herman N Logistics is seeking a CDL-A Solo Driver for a dedicated position with home weekly. The role covers regional lanes across IA, OK, MO, WI, AR, IL, KS, MN, NE, SD, ND, and CO, averaging 1,500 miles weekly with two loads per week.

Drivers are 100% hands-on with box-by-box unloading, using late-model equipment. Weekly pay averages $1,825 and a $2,500 sign-on bonus paid across 180 days. Home time and strong safety requirements apply.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 3 months of commercial driving experience within the last 3 years.
• Must pass dual-panel hair follicle and urine drug screenings.
• Strong customer service patience and safe driving record.

  • A: You will average $1,825 weekly ($95k annually) backed by an all-in rate of $1.18 CPM. Pay includes a flat $0.75 CPM regardless of experience level, $285 per full trailer unload, $20 per stop, $50 backhaul pay, and a $2,500 sign-on bonus paid across 180 days ($500 1st load, $500 at 30 days, $250 at 60/90/120/150 days, $500 at 180 days). • Q: What do the routes and freight specs look like?
  • A: Run regional lanes across IA, OK, MO, WI, AR, IL, KS, MN, NE, SD, ND, and CO averaging 1,500 miles weekly (2 loads per week). Freight is 100% driver touch box-by-box unloading with rollers across 3-5 stops per route, pulling late-model International, Freightliner, or Kenworth equipment.
• Q: How often will I get back home to reset?
  • A: Enjoy consistent weekly home time for a solid 34-hour reset. Note: You must have a secure home parking spot on personal property or a gated lot with 2 forms of security (guard or camera) - no retail store or Walmart parking allowed. Early AM store deliveries require night driving and taking a 10-hour pre-unload break.
