This on-site role supports military families, promotes healthy parenting, and connects families to information, referrals, and services. The position requires two years of directly related work, active LCSW/LMFT or RN licenses, and home visitation experience, with travel as needed and a strong emphasis on confidentiality and collaboration with

Qualifications

• Two years of direct work experience in child abuse or domestic abuse, or maternal or child health or medical social work.
• Current and active license as an LCSW, LMFT or RN.
• LCSWs must possess a master's degree in Social Work to practice independently.
• RNs must have a BSN or higher and an active license in the U.S. plus related experience.
• Home visitation experience is required.
• Must be able to travel and have a valid license and auto insurance.
• Proficient with MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provides confidential services for Families at risk of child maltreatment or family violence.
• Protects client privacy and confidentiality.
• Identifies and reports suspected abuse.
• Assesses developmental milestones and referrals for special needs.
• Strengthens parental capacity for problem-solving and relationships.
