Job summary

Swift Childcare is offering an apprenticeship leading to a Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification. You will support learning and development in a nursery, engage children in activities, and maintain a safe environment. No prior experience required, with full training and remote online support available.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in a real work setting, receive mentoring, and have opportunities to move into full-time roles upon completion. School-leaver or career changer welcome.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in childcare or nursery is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills to interact with children and parents.
• Basic understanding of early childhood education principles.
