Job summary

Joya Child & Family Development is seeking an A Family Resources Coordinator to collaborate with families and caregivers of infants and toddlers, coordinating services and resources through Early Support Services. The role focuses on supporting families from birth to three with developmental concerns and coordinating with a multidisciplinary team.

The position requires knowledge of community services, ability to advocate for families, and experience with data systems like ESIT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health or education related field.
• 10pt content?
• Master’s degree in social work or RN license preferred.
• WA ESIT registration or ability to complete within three months.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle with proof of insurance.
• First Aid/ CPR Certificate.
• Background clearance and criminal background checks as required by WA.

Responsibilities

• Complete initial intakes with families and caregivers in person, virtually or by phone.

• Act as a social service coordinator for families and multidisciplinary teams.
• Assist families in applying for services such as DDA, SSI,Apple Health.
• Coordinate transitions to school districts.
• Develop and facilitate parent support groups and educational groups.
• Collaborate to identify child/family needs and develop an IFSP.
