Job summary

HD Supply in Orlando, FL is hiring a General Warehouse Associate (Loader) for the 2:00 AM – 10:30 AM shift. This full-time, non-exempt role involves multiple DC tasks from picking to loading, with a starting wage of $16.50 per hour and a broad benefits package.

The position requires lifting up to 50 lbs, some training on order pickers, and experience with material handling equipment. HS Diploma or GED is strongly preferred; 2–5 years in a similar role is typical.

Qualifications

• Able to pass a drug test.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to train on order/cherry picker, forklifts, electric pallet jacks, or similar equipment.
• 2-5 years of warehouse/distribution experience preferred.
• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment to locate and move products within the facility.
• Assist with staging and loading orders into trucks for customer delivery.
• Verify quantity and quality of incoming products from vendors.
• Use packing list to collect items for customer orders and build/wrap pallets.
• Inspect stock for wear/defects and report issues to management.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment per safety policies and participate in inventory control.
