Job summary

Farmer's Fridge is seeking a Warehouse Associate III for our Chicago facility, with a start focusing on product movement, vendor receive and put-away processes. The role requires standing 8+ hours in a cold environment and lifting up to 40 lbs, with attention to accurate logging and cross-department communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse experience preferred in food industry
• Able to stand for long periods (8+ hours) in a cold environment (~40°F)
• Lift at least 40 lbs
• Know how to use basic computer programs (Word, Excel, Google Suite)
• Strong communication skills and organization

Responsibilities

• Coordinate efforts to deliver product to production and put-away from vendors
• Maintain warehouse logs
• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-organized working environment
• Immediately report safety hazards and communicate operational concerns
• Communicate within and across multiple departments
• Knowledge of allergen storage is a plus
