Job summary

The Restaurant Store is seeking an Operations Associate to assist the Product Lifecycle Manager with daily material handling in a retail branch. You will help receiving, stocking, and presenting products to support sales, merchandising, order fulfillment, and inventory goals.

This is a full-time role with 5, 8-hour shifts weekly, currently from 5:00AM to 1:30PM. The position emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and strong communication to keep the store running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in retail and/or supply chain management.
• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute efficient receiving and put-away of incoming stock using pallet jacks, carts and/or powered equipment.
• Ensure a high level of organization and neatness while completing daily restocking tasks.
• Communicate effectively with Merchandising and Inventory teams to stock products in correct locations.
• Communicate effectively with the Product Lifecycle Manager to address operational issues.
• Rotate stock (FIFO) and pull damaged and expired products as needed.
• Perform additional tasks and support initiatives to ensure smooth location operations.
