Job summary

Generac Power Systems is seeking a Material Handler to support production by picking and delivering parts to assembly areas. You will work closely with production lines to maximize efficiency and meet customer demand while upholding safety, quality, CI, and productivity standards.

The role involves forklift operation, ERP data entry, and strong teamwork with a focus on accuracy and problem solving. Overtime may be required; full-time, on-site in New Hampshire, with a pay rate of $20.85 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of experience for Level I; 1–3 years for Level II; 2–5 years for Level III.
• Follow and adhere to company policies with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
• Basic PC knowledge and ability to use ERP software.

Responsibilities

• Handle material as assigned and deliver to assembly areas.
• Coordinate with production lines to optimize materials, people and equipment.
• Complete forklift daily per procedure and maintain safety standards.
• Participate in 5S programs and reporting metrics for Safety, Quality, CI, and Productivity.
• Maintain accurate records in the ERP system and report issues to supervisor.
