McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Selector II for its cold storage facility. The role involves reading labels, pulling correct quantities, and moving totes along a conveyor line while maintaining safety standards.

Starting pay is $19 per hour with a Monday–Friday schedule. Benefits begin after 60 days, and vacation and sick leave accrue from day one, with paid holidays after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Age 18+ required.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to read, write, and understand work instructions and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Read or scan labels to identify slot location, product description, and quantity required for each order.
• Pull correct quantities from a slot location and place in a tote or box.
• Push totes/boxes along a conveyor line and continue until order is complete.
• Work safely to prevent injury and damage to people and products.
