WSP is seeking an Early Career Electrical Engineer to join the Small Utility Services Team in Fort Worth, TX. You will contribute to substations, transmission, and distribution projects supporting electric utility clients and gain exposure to power delivery and program management.
You will assist with design, analyses, and documentation, while learning utility standards and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to meet client objectives.

Takes part in providing technical engineering support for electric utility projects related to substations, transmission, and distribution systems. Tasks may include assisting with engineering studies, detailed design, drafting and documentation, system analysis, and quality assurance activities. Generates accurate and concise engineering deliverables and documentation regarding assigned aspects of projects. Ensures that responsibilities are delivered and adhered to with a level of quality that meets or exceeds acceptable industry standards for design, safety, and functionality.

Compensation:
Expected Salary (all locations): $60,600 - $100,000
WSP USA is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and offer for this position, based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location. WSP USA reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, and/or federal law.
