All Around Child Center for Development and Exploration is hiring an Early Preschool Teacher to create a safe, engaging classroom for 3–4 year-olds. You will plan developmentally appropriate lessons, support social-emotional growth, and communicate with families to track progress.

The role emphasizes health and safety compliance, teamwork, and ongoing professional development in a warm, family-like environment.

Competenze

• Previous experience working with preschool-aged children in a licensed childcare or classroom setting.
• Strong understanding of child development and developmentally appropriate practices for ages 3–4.
• Knowledge of childcare health and safety regulations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• CDA, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred but not required.

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans aligned with curriculum and early learning standards.
• Create a safe, structured, and nurturing classroom environment that encourages exploration and independence.
• Ensure full compliance with KDHE licensing regulations and all health and safety procedures.
• Support children’s social-emotional development, including cooperation, problem-solving, and self-regulation.
• Foster language development, early literacy, and foundational math skills through play-based learning.
• Use positive guidance and effective classroom management strategies.
• Encourage independence with routines such as toileting, handwashing, and self-help skills.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including daily reports, observations, and assessments.
• Communicate regularly and professionally with parents/guardians about their child’s progress and daily experiences.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to maintain consistency and high-quality standards.
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school events
