Job summary

Center for Family and Child Enrichment, Inc. is seeking an energetic Preschool Teacher to lead a class, assess students, and design instruction to meet their needs. You will create engaging, developmentally appropriate activities and support early learning goals.

You’ll collaborate with families and staff to track progress, differentiate instruction, and foster a positive classroom environment that promotes curiosity and social growth throughout the school year.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Early Childhood or CDA or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of child development principles and best practices in education.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Problem-solving and mediation skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and follow a comprehensive curriculum
• Teach beginning reading and math skills
• Assist children with developing social and emotional skills
• Use a range of instructional methods and learning techniques
