Purpose Kids Early Childhood Learning Center – Wallisville is seeking an Early Preschool Teacher for a 2–3 year old classroom. You will create a safe, engaging, and nurturing space where children explore, learn through play, and develop the social, emotional, and academic skills needed for future success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with young children in a licensed childcare setting preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Must pass all required background checks and meet Texas Child Care Regulation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a warm, welcoming, and developmentally appropriate classroom.
• Plan and implement engaging lesson plans and hands-on learning experiences aligned with our curriculum.
• Foster children's language, social-emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
• Encourage independence while providing nurturing guidance and support.
• Maintain active supervision and ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times.
• Communicate daily with families regarding children's progress and classroom activities.
• Maintain accurate classroom documentation and records.
• Keep the classroom clean, organized, and compliant with Texas Child Care Regulation standards.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and leadership to provide exceptional care and education.
