Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and lead age-appropriate learning activities for 3-year-old children
• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment

• Maintain daily classroom routines including meals, nap time, and transitions
• Communicate regularly with parents about children’s progress and needs
• Ensure classroom cleanliness and follow all center policies and safety procedures

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED required
• Must pass a background check and fingerprinting through Texas Child Care Regulation
• Must obtain Pediatric CPR and First Aid certification
