As a key member of the Product Design Capability Center and reporting directly to the Head of Product Design, you will be responsible for building and stewarding a global, cross-crop framework and system to prioritize and optimize investments in the early part of the breeding pipeline. In this role, you sit at the intersection of science, strategy, and business, translating complex portfolio data into clear investment decisions that maximize value across crops and regions. The Product Design Capability Center drives the technical and strategic foundation of Bayer's breeding programs, and your work will be essential to ensuring that early-pipeline resources are allocated where they can deliver the greatest impact.

The base salary range for this role is between $142,240- $213,360 . Additional compensation may include a bonus or incentive compensation. Additional benefits may include insured benefits such as health care, vision, dental, disability, and contributory retirement savings plans, etc
