Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company is seeking merchandisers to stock Coca-Cola beverages in retail accounts. You will ensure shelves, end caps and displays are filled, rotate products for freshness, and monitor date codes.

Role requires 18+, valid driver's license, and ability to operate pallet jacks. Weekend and some holidays required; starting at 5 am, with travel between backroom and sales floor daily.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year of work experience in grocery, retail, warehouse, manual labor or related field.
• Must be 18 years of age and legally eligible to work.
• Must have a personal vehicle for use during working hours and valid driver's license.
• Ability to obtain powered industrial truck certification upon hire.
• Basic computer usage and ability to operate a smartphone or laptop.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and replenish products on shelves, racks, displays, and coolers and move products between backroom and sales floor.
• Build, change, or remove product displays while following company standards and maintain signage.
• Manage backroom inventory, monitor levels, and report to the store account manager using FIFO.
• Evaluate and process damaged product, re-pack, and rotate stock; complete required paperwork.
• Communicate with accounts and team, provide shift recaps and photos via Teams.
• Maintain professional relationships with coworkers and customers.
