Coca-Cola UNITED is hiring for a Warehouse Utility 1 in Monroe, LA. Responsibilities include repacking damaged packaging, maintaining a clean warehouse, and sorting products. The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and following procedures to ensure product integrity.

The position supports a fast-paced environment with on-the-job training, benefits, and opportunities for advancement. Schedule is Monday through Friday with possible Saturday shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years old.
• Read, write and speak English.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, or flexible schedule as required.
• Less than high school education; or up to 1-month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must comply with safety policies and PPE requirements.

Responsabilités

• Identify products that are in good sellable condition to be included in the repack business process procedure.
• Account for and report all products that need to be destroyed and recuperated through the recycling process.
• Follow guidelines pertaining to the repack processes that include date coding, cleaning, taping, gluing, and testing package integrity.
• Maintain package quality and integrity while performing duties in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ability to operate pallet jack and forklift in a safe and efficient manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized work area.
• Follows written and oral instructions.
• Loading miscellaneous items, stacking pallets and shells.
• Performs appropriate duties as assigned by management.
