Job summary

The Coca-Cola UNITED, Monroe, LA distribution center is seeking a Material Handler-Loader to fill customer orders and move product to staging areas. You will operate pallet jacks, verify item counts and ensure accurate picking while maintaining safety standards.

Requirements include being at least 18, English proficiency, and willingness to work a varied schedule including weekends. We offer comprehensive benefits and a CDL tuition program for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Willingness to work weekends/holidays or flexible schedule as required.
• Follow safety policies and wear PPE as required.

Responsibilities

• Fill orders from tickets or voice according to quotas.
• Move products using pallet jack and/or riding jack.
• Identify items and transfer to staging area.
• Check for accuracy in picking and maintain housekeeping.
• Complete daily equipment inspection forms.
• Read orders to determine items to move and distribute.
• Sort and palletize materials by size, type, or product code.
• Record quantities and ensure conformance to company standards.
