Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking an Assoc II, Warehouse Ops to support inbound and outbound activities, meeting quality, safety, productivity and standards. The role involves receiving, picking, packing and shipping in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include following SOPs, using WMS, operating material handling equipment, and maintaining a safe workspace. Training starts on day one with overtime possible as workload demands increase.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Overtime may be required with little notice.
• Willingness to learn to operate material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to process orders, including picking, packing and shipping.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas as needed.
• Operate equipment such as forklift, cherry picker, and pallet jack.
• Maintain clean, safe working environment and comply with safety policies.
