Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking an Assoc II, Warehouse Ops to support inbound and outbound activities. You will receive products, assist with packing, and ship orders while meeting safety and productivity standards.

Responsibilities include following SOPs, using WMS, operating material handling equipment, and maintaining inventory accuracy. The role requires 1–2 years of warehouse experience and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds with occasional heights exposure.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience preferred.
• High school degree or GED preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort working with heights 20–30 ft regularly.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to process orders including picking, quality checks, and packing.
• Lift and move items using material handling equipment.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects.
• Use WMS to check in and out products.
• Operate equipment like forklift, order picker, reach truck, turret truck, pallet jack.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment and perform inventory tasks.
• Attend associate meetings and communicate concerns to management.
