Job summary

Cardinal Health, Inc. is seeking an Assoc II, Warehouse Ops to support inbound and outbound activities in a fast-paced distribution environment. You will follow SOPs to process orders, perform quality checks, and prepare shipments, with emphasis on accuracy and safety.

This role requires physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. The position operates Monday–Friday, 5:00am–10:45am for 29 hours per week, with no overtime; wage advance options are available and benefits include 401k

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
• Previous material handling equipment experience (PIT) preferred.
• RF scanner and/or voice-picking experience highly preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to process orders including picking, quality checks, packing, and preparing for shipment.
• Pick large case items with equipment or small unit items and place on cart.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas as needed.
• Operate Warehouse Management System (WMS) to check in/out products; follow regulations for refrigerated items if needed.
• Operate material handling equipment such as order picker, forklift, reach truck, pallet jack, and more.
• Complete housekeeping and inventory control tasks and maintain a safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team and management; escalate concerns as needed.
