Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills are required.

• Retail customer experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Model customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Ring customer purchases/returns and handle cash per procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain merchandising standards and prepare items for the sales floor.
• Participate in store recovery and keep the floor clean and safe.
• Support shrink reduction goals and safety initiatives.
