Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. in Flower Mound, TX is seeking a Store Team Member to deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers, manage checkout, and help unload trucks while keeping shelves stocked and well merchandised.

You’ll participate in omni-channel processes like BOPIS and Ship From Store, learn the Voice of Customer program, and support store recovery, safety, and SOP compliance. Must be at least 16 and able to work nights/weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and assist shoppers.
• Assist with checkout and cash handling to standards.
• Stock, unload trucks, and maintain in-store planograms.
• Assist with VOC surveys, rewards program enrollments, and omnichannel processes (BOPIS/SFS).
• Support store recovery, safety programs, and SOP compliance.
• Cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
