Job summary

TJ Maxx in Knoxville, TN is seeking a customer-focused associate to deliver a highly satisfying shopping experience. Responsibilities

• Model customer experience practices for internal and external customers.
• Maintain a positive store culture with honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and count change.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Uphold merchandising standards and procedures.
• Prepare merchandise for the sales floor per procedures.
• Participate in store recovery and upkeep of cleanliness.
• Support safety and loss prevention programs.
• Contribute to recognizing and providing feedback.
• Adhere to labor laws and store policies.
• Support shrink reduction goals and programs.
• Participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe store environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
