Qualifications

• Effectively communicate with Customers, Associates and Store Leadership in a friendly, respectful, cooperative and pleasant manner.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Greet Customers with eye contact, a smile and a hello, and assist them courteously throughout the store.
• Assist Customers at the register, answer questions in a knowledgeable manner, and support merchandise presentation.
• Maintain a safe shopping environment by following safety practices and reporting unsafe conditions to leadership.
• Keep the store clean, restock merchandise, and ensure proper merchandise presentation and organization.
• Follow MOS policies and protect cash, checks, and refunds while maintaining accuracy in transactions.
